HAMMER SUMMER CAMP 2026 IS NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION!
BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 9 TO 16, AND PRE-SEASON CAMP FOR HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS ONLY

Session-1: Monday, July 13th - Friday, July 17th. Ages 9 to 16.
Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM 
Cost: Full day $350 & Half Day is $175 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location: Millenium Park Field A 300 Gardner Street, West Roxbury MA

Session-2: Monday, July 20th - Friday, July 24th. Ages 9 to 16.
Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Cost: Full day $350 and Half day is $175 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location: Millennium Park Field A 300 Gardner Street, West Roxbury MA.

Session-3: Monday, August 3rd thru Friday, August 14th (High School Players ONLY - to help players prepare for tryouts)
Time: 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Cost: $375
Location: West Roxbury High School 1205 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury MA.

High School Camp Highlight & Curriculum:
Fitness & Conditioning Long and short distance running and conditioning to improve endurance and stamina
Plyometrics and Calisthenics training for power and strength
Agility and flexibly for better balance, coordination, and control
High intensity technical, tactical, and game knowledge training and development
Competitive games and scrimmages

Hammer Camp Curriculum:
9:45 AM Arrival
10:00 AM - Warm-up, Elite technical drills, ball control and more.
11:15 AM - Snack break (bring your own snacks and drinks
11:30 AM - Technical and Tactical training & game knowledge development & small-sided games. 1:00 PM - Lunch Break (Lunch is provided for all campers - Pizza & Chicken fingers on Friday)
1:30 PM - Go to the playground (optional) 1:45 PM - Daily walk to the Pond and skip rocks (fun)
2:30 PM - Warmups & Fun Drills (back of the net, goalie wars, thunder, soccer baseball, and many more) 3:00 PM - Competitive and Fun Scrimmages
4:00 PM - Dismissal! Note: Make sure to bring a good ball and sunscreen protection!

Summer Camp Date: Ages 9 – 16- select session or sessions you will attend and mail copy with payment to Hammer FC and mail to: Hank George, 366 High St, Central Falls. RI 02863.

PM Time: 10:00 A.M to 4:00 PM – arrive at 9:45 for check in! Bring snacks and drinks for break period, and soccer ball.

Registration: Early registration on or before May 1st, 2026, receives $25 discount, and deadline for all registration is June 1st, 2026.
